Gentle yoga is a style of yoga that emphasizes slow, mindful movements, deep breathing, and restorative shapes. It's less about achieving complex postures and more about cultivating a deep connection with your body and breath.

Slow & Deliberate Movements: Poses are approached gradually and with awareness, allowing individuals to tune into their bodies without feeling rushed or pressured.  

Emphasis on Breath: Breathwork is integrated throughout the practice, helping to regulate the nervous system and calm the mind.

Restorative Poses: Restorative poses, often supported by props, allow for deep relaxation and release of tension.  

Focus on Sensation: The practice encourages participants to focus on their internal sensations rather than striving for external perfection.

Modifications & Variations: Gentle yoga is adaptable to all bodies and abilities, with modifications offered to meet individual needs.
