Welcome to a real-life practice—messy, imperfect, supportive, and exactly what was needed.
In this session, you’ll notice the presence of my dog, less-than-perfect lighting, and no mic, because sometimes that’s what time. Though it’s important to remember to make time for you, sometimes mindfulness happens in the middle of life, not when everything is “perfectly” curated.
This practice invites us to soften our reactions to distractions and gently return to our bodies, our breath, and the present moment.
If today’s environment feels too distracting, please know that’s okay. You are always welcome to explore any of the other videos in our studio that might better support you in this moment.
