What you’ll need:
- a comfortable space
-5 minutes
- a journal (optional)
Trauma-Informed Approach: This sound experience prioritizes choice, and accessibility. There is no pressure to achieve a specific experience, feeling, or outcome—this practice is about exploration and self-connection.
Gentle Guidance: The guidance will be gentle and supportive, allowing you to explore at your own pace.
Mindful Awareness: We will bring attention to sound and notice the experience, body sensations, feelings, and thoughts that arise without judgement

Who is it for?
This practice is suitable for individuals of all levels, including those who have experienced trauma, however you may want to check with your doctor, therapist and/or treatment if you are:
- in your first trimester of pregnancy
- have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, psychosis, or severe anxiety
- experience severe epilepsy or seizure disorders
- have an active heart condition
- are sensitive to sound
- have tinnitus or vertigo
