Yoga Nidra—often called "yogic sleep"—is a guided meditation that systematically relaxes the body and recalibrates the nervous system.
What to Expect
In this bite-sized session, we skip the fluff and go straight to the stillness. There is no movement, no sweating, and no "doing." You simply lie down, listen to the guidance, and let your brain waves shift from active thinking to deep, restorative healing.
