This is a 30 minute gentle embodied yoga class focused on exploration. Step onto your mat and embark on a gentle journey of embodied exploration. This class invites you to move with curiosity and kindness, tuning into the wisdom held within your body. Through slow, mindful movements and breath-centered postures, we'll gently unravel tension and create space for deeper sensation. There's no striving or forcing here, only an invitation to explore the landscape of your inner world with softness and awareness. Discover new pathways of movement, listen to your body's whispers, and cultivate a deeper connection to your authentic self in this nurturing and exploratory practice.
